2022-23: Indoor – started the year with back-to-back wins in the 60 meters at the Cougar Classic and Texas Tech Open … posted a winning time of 6.54 in the final of the season opener in Spokane, Wash. (Jan. 13) … matched that time in the first round of the Texas Tech Open … recorded a winning time of 6.49 in the final (Jan. 27); good for the fifth sub-6.50 performance of his career … sidelined for the remainder of the indoor season after pulling up in the 200 at the Texas Tech meet … Outdoor – NCAA Championships qualifier (100 meters, 4x100m) … Pac-12 champion (100 meters) … ran a 10.13 in first 100 meters of the season at the Desert Heat Classic (April 29) … finished first among collegians, second overall behind French pro Mouhamadou Fall (10.12) … successfully defended his conference title in the 100 meters (10.22) … became the second UO man to repeat as 100-meter champion in the conference, joining Cravon Gillespie (2018, ’19) … added a third-place Pac-12 finish with the 4x100-meter relay … lowered his second best to 10.04 at the NCAA West Preliminary in Sacramento to secure his spot at the national meet … capped the collegiate season with a season-best 9.99 in the NCAA Championships final … time was his fastest ever at the NCAA meet and marked the ninth sub-10 performance of his career … combined with Ryan Mulholland, Xavier Nairne and PJ Ize-Iyamu Jr. for a season-best 38.93 in the first round of the 4x100 relay at the NCAA Championships; quartet moved from eighth to fifth on the UO top-10 list … advanced to the semifinals of the 100 meters at the USATF Championships at Hayward Field.

2021-22: Indoor – lowered his school record in the 60 meters to 6.48 at the season-opening Cougar Classic (Jan. 15) … took one tenth off the previous school record he’d set twice during his freshman campaign … matched that school-record time of 6.48 to win the Razorback Invitational (Jan. 29) … continued the winning ways by sweeping the 60 and 200 meters at the Windy City Invite (Feb. 12) with time of 6.55 and 21.05, respectively … moved to No. 7 on the UO top-10 list in the 200 meters … added another win with a 6.55 performance at the Pac-12 Invitational (Feb. 26); ran 6.53 in the final … had a false start in the first round of the 60 meters at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Birmingham, Ala. Outdoor – NCAA Championships qualifier (100 meters) … Pac-12 Men’s Track Athlete of the Year … two-time Pac-12 champion (100/200 meters) … notched three wins at the SDSU Aztec Invitational (March 28) … took first in the 100 and 200 with times of 10.26 (-1.5) and 20.45w (+2.5), respectively … ran second leg of winning 4x100-meter relay—with Ryan Mullholland, Rieker Daniel and Xavier Nairne—that posted a time of 39.29 to crack the program’s top 10; quartet would run a season-best 39.00 in the semifinals of the NCAA Championships at Hayward Field … registered a world-leading but wind-aided performance of 9.83 (+2.5) in the invitational final of the 100 meters at the Mt. 2020-21: Indoor – NCAA champion (60 meters) … was undefeated in finals with wins at the Razorback Invitational (Jan. 30), Tyson Invitational (Feb. 13), Championships at the Peak (Feb. 27) and the NCAA Championships (March 13) … after a 6.63 effort in the prelims, broke the school record with a time of 6.56 in the Razorback final … surpassed the previous Oregon record of 6.57 shared by Kyree King and Cravon Gillespie … stopped the clock in 6.60 to win at Tyson … lowered own school mark and became the No. 7 performer in collegiate history with winning time of 6.49 at the Championships at the Peak … matched that time at the NCAA Championships to become the first UO man to win a national title at 60 meters … finished the indoor season as the third-fastest performer in the world in 2021, trailing only Lamont Marcell Jacobs (6.47) and Trayvon Bromell (6.48). Outdoor – Olympian (4x100m pool/United States) … NCAA qualifier (100m, 4x100m) … Pac-12 Championships runner-up (100m) … won the 200 meters at the Aztec Invitational in a personal-best time of 20.47 (1.5); lone race at the distance … No. 6 time in program history … led off for the Ducks’ 4x100-meter relay that combined for a winning time of 39.02 at the Aztec meet (March 27) … good for the No. 4 relay time in school history … made 100-meter debut with a 10.03 (-0.3) victory at the Desert Heat Classic (May 1) … performance moved him to No. 3 on the program top-10 list … clocked in at 10.09 (1.4) at the Pac-12 Championships in a second-place showing … fastest overall qualifier out of the NCAA West Preliminary with a then-PR of 10.00 that broke the E.B. Cushing Stadium [Texas A&M] facility record (May 29) … also helped the 4x100 team to a time of 39.30 and qualify for the national meet … ran to a third-place finish at the NCAA Championships with a time of 10.11 (0.4), matching his time from the prelims … relay team posted a 39.53 in the first round of the NCAA Championships, finished 17^th overall … qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials where he broke the school record with a 9.91 (0.8) performance in the final to take fifth place … surpassed the previous UO record of 9.93 set by Cravon Gillespie at the 2019 NCAA Championships … performance in the Trials finals ranked as the fifth-fastest ‘out of season’ performance in collegiate history … secured a spot on Team USA as part of the 4x100-meter relay pool .. posted a windy 9.95 (+2.7) in the first round at Trials and then ran 10.02 (-0.3) in the semifinals to grab one of the two at-large spots into the final.
