5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access any secure areas of the services. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

You acknowledge and agree that the data provided by the Company may not be downloaded, reproduced, or used to input into large language models, artificial intelligence platforms, or similar technologies to derive new works, datasets, or models. Such usage is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the Company. Unauthorized use of the data in this manner will be considered a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of your access to the services, legal action for injunction, and compensation for damages incurred by the Company.

10. Public Attribution Requirement

In cases where you are authorized by the Company to use the data for academic, research, or public interest purposes that result in public-facing works (including but not limited to publications, presentations, articles, or blog posts), you are required to provide clear and conspicuous attribution to NextGen Logic as the source of the data.
