2021 Season (Redshirt-Sophomore): Played in 10 games… Team Captain… Ranked fifth in the PFL in total offense (199.1) and passing yards (1,663)… Became just the fourth player in program history to throw for more than 400 yards in a single game… Completed 146 of his 240 attempts on the season… Tossed nine touchdowns… Completed 60.8 percent of his attempts… Averaged 166.3 passing yards per game… Rushed the ball 77 times for 314 yards and four touchdowns… Caught one pass for eight yards… Made two tackles… Completed 29 passes at Dayton for 403 yards and one touchdown (Oct. 30)… Added 58 rushing yards on 13 carries and two scores against the Flyers… Threw three touchdowns in the win at Taylor (Sept. 18)… Ended the year with 176 passing yards at Marist (Nov. 20)… Added a rushing touchdown against the Red Foxes… First rushing TD came at home vs Davidson (Oct. 23)… Threw for 161 yards and a TD in the season opener at Illinois State (Sept. 4)… Matched that yardage in the home opener vs. DePauw while tossing two touchdowns (Sept. 11).

2021 Spring Season (Redshirt-Freshman): Played in five games… Saw extensive playing time vs. Drake (April 10)… Competed six of his nine pass attempts for 95 yards and a touchdown.

2019 Season: Redshirt

High School: Three-year starter... All-time school leader in passing yards, passing touchdowns and rushing touchdowns... Three-time all-conference, all-area and all-state selection... Two-time team captain and team MVP... Helped his team make the playoffs for the first time since 1999... Won a conference championship... Posted a six touchdown game which included 408 passing yards and 86 rushing yards.

Personal: Son of Tom and Tracy Bushka... Has three siblings; Nicole, Dean and Emily.
