2022 (Redshirt Sophomore): Started in all 13 games this season at quarterback … finished the season with 2,724 passing yards, 11th most in program history, as well as 585 yards on the ground, 20 total touchdowns and seven interceptions … made his first regular season start in the opener against LA Tech (9/1). Went 18-for-27, 201 yards through the air and a touchdown … he threw his first career interception – his 89 pass attempts before a first career INT is third most in Mizzou history. Made an instant impact on the ground, rushing for 61 yards and a touchdown on seven attempts … threw for 128 yards and ran for 57 more in his start at Kansas State (9/10) … recorded 297 pass yards and three TD’s against Abilene Christian (9/17), both career high; tacked on 51 rush yards on six attempts in the Tigers’ 34-17 win … had 179 passing yards and a rushing touchdown at Auburn (9/24) … had 192 yards and a touchdown against Georgia (10/1) … had 254 all-purpose yards at Florida (10/8) … had 211 passing yards and a touchdown against Vanderbilt (10/22) … completed 17 of 26 pass attempts for 224 yards at South Carolina (10/29), adding 53 rush yards and his third rushing touchdown of the year … had 143 yards through the air against Kentucky (11/5), while adding two scores on the ground … had 217 yards and two touchdowns through that air at Tennessee (11/12), including a career-high 106 rushing yards, the most by a Mizzou quarterback since 2013 … had 251 yards and three touchdowns through the air against New Mexico State (11/19), accompanied by 71 yards on the ground … had 380 total yards, including a career-high 138 on the ground, against Arkansas (11/26) … had 253 total yards and a passing touchdown in the bowl game against Wake Forest (12/23).

2021 (Redshirt Freshman): Participated in five games, earning the start in the Armed Forces Bowl against Army West Point (12/22) … finished the bowl game 27-of-34 for 238 yards and one touchdown … also rushed for a career-high 53 yards and a touchdown in the bowl … perfect 5-of-5 for 29 yards against Southeast Missouri State (9/18), with one touchdown… finished the season 47-of-59 for 350 yards and two scores while rushing for 92 yards and a score.

2020 (Freshman): Saw action in three games and preserved a redshirt season … threw a perfect 4-of-4 for 62 yards and a TD, the first of his career, against Vanderbilt (11/28) … completed 2-of-3 passes for 10 yards against No. 12/10 Georgia (12/12) … also saw playing time in the game against Arkansas (12/5).

Ranked as the no. 16 player from Missouri and the no. 29 pro-style quarterback in the nation by 247Sports, ranked as the no. 19 player from Missouri by ESPN, and the no. 10 player from Missouri and the no. 19 pro-style quarterback by Rivals.
As a senior at Chaminade Prep in St. Louis, Cook threw for 3,194 yards and 33 touchdowns. He also tacked on 375 yards on the ground, including three rushing scores.
