2022 SEASON (JUNIOR): Starting center for NDSU's final 10 games...Played in 14 of 15 games altogether...Blocked for an NDSU rushing attack that ranked fourth nationally in rushing offense (265.7 ypg) and put up the fifth-most yards in school single-season history (3,986)...NDSU also ranked third in the FCS for fewest tackles for loss allowed (4.00/game) and fifth in sacks allowed (0.87/game)...Named Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators...Fourth straight year on the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll...Earned the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award and MVFC Presidents Council Academic Award...Named to the National Football Foundation's Hampshire Honor Society.

2021 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Played in 11 games and made four starts at center...Pressed into action in the Missouri Valley Football Conference opener at North Dakota when starter Jalen Sundell left the game with an injury...Made the next three starts against Northern Iowa, Illinois State and Missouri State...Also started the NCAA semifinal game against James Madison...Blocked for an NDSU rushing attack that ranked No. 2 in FCS averaging 280.6 yards per game...The Bison averaged 6.21 yards per carry and rushed for 4,209 yards, the third most in school single-season history...Third straight year on the MVFC Honor Roll...Earned the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award.

2020-21 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Played one game in a backup role against Eastern Washington in the first round of the NCAA playoffs...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

2019 SEASON (REDSHIRT): Took a redshirt year with the Bison...Did not participate in any contests...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2019 graduate of Cambridge-Isanti High School...First four-year starter at the school since 1965...Played for coach Shane Weibel...2018 Minnesota "Mr. Football" award finalist...First team all-state...Set a school single-season record with 110 knockdown blocks...Led team to a 7-4 record, section championship and state playoff appearance his senior year after three losing seasons...Also competed in track and field.

PERSONAL: Graduated from NDSU in May 2023 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science...Plans to attend chiropractic school...Son of Carl and Lora Westberg...Has a brother, Kaden.
