HIGH SCHOOL: A four-time KHSAA Academic All-State selection, Weedman also earned an all-state honorable mention as a sophomore and third-team all-state selection his junior year, and earned all-area and all-region first-team selections from the Messenger-Inquirer, HomersRadio and 102.7 The Game. As a senior, he was named second-team all-state, as well as all-city/county on both the offensive and defensive teams. Weedman led the state of Kentucky in sacks during the 2018 campaign with 15 and also took the school’s career mark with 28. On offensive line, the team collected over 2,000 rushing yards as a junior and senior.

PERSONAL: The son of Perry and Traci Weedman and brother of Courtney and Mackenzie ... was born August 26, 2003, in Owensboro, Ky. ... sister, Mackenzie, played softball and soccer at Kentucky Wesleyan.

ACADEMICS: Enrolled in engineering technology.
