Second-year player who was in his first season at the FBS level with South Carolina… joined the team in January… appeared in four regular season games and the Citrus Bowl, allowing him to take a redshirt… logged 19 carries for 123 yards, averaging 6.5 yards per carry, with two touchdowns… added one catch for five yards… first action came against Akron when he carried five times for 33 yards including a 23-yard touchdown burst… rushed four times for 19 yards against Ole Miss… had three totes for five yards in the blowout win at Oklahoma… rushed twice for 35 yards with a season-long 27 yard run to paydirt against Wofford… matched his season high with five carries for 31 yards against Illinois… named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2023 (Freshman)
Earned FCS Freshman All-America, MEAC Rookie of the Year and First-Team All-MEAC honors after leading the conference in rushing… was an HBCU honorable mention All-American… played and started in nine contests for South Carolina State… missed the last two games of the season due to injury… was the Bulldogs’ leading rusher with 102 carries for 809 yards and seven touchdowns… averaged 7.9 yards per carry… added 10 receptions for 149 yards and two scores… posted 93 receiving yards on three receptions against Tennessee Tech, including a 90-yard catch-and-run… had three-consecutive 100-yard rushing games, going for 119 yards on 13 carries against Delaware State, 126 on just nine totes against North Carolina Central, and for a season-best 283 yards on a season-high 27 rushes against Howard… earned MEAC Rookie of the Week honors for four-straight weeks… recognized as the FCS National Offensive Player of the Week for his performance against Howard… scored three rushing touchdowns against both Delaware State and Howard… longest run was an 85-yard scamper against Howard… helped the Bulldogs to a 5-6 record in coach Buddy Pough’s final season.

Graduated from Mooresville (N.C.) High School in 2023… rushed 250 times for 1,811 yards and 22 touchdowns as a senior… logged 1,027 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns as a junior.
