2024: Johnson enjoyed a breakout season in a crowded running back room, playing in all 12 games as a sophomore and carrying the ball 25 times for 145 yards...During a 42-14 shellacking of Stetson on October 26, he found the end zone twice (one of which was a season-long 33-yarder)...That was part of a 329-yard rushing performance by the Scotsmen (their most-ever against a Division I opponent), the first of four straight wins to finish out the season while Johnson was tabbed the Adidas / Game One PC Student--Athlete of the Week.

2023: Did not see any game action on the season.

Prior to PC: After earning 2021's Comeback Player of the Year distinction, he garnered an All-Region selection last fall as a two-time team and offensive MVP…Was a track and field standout as well at St. Joseph's Catholic School…Relatives David Johnson (Washington State), Rootbeer Johnson (South Carolina), and DJ Jones (Ole Miss) all played football at the collegiate level, the latter currently a member of the Denver Broncos…Intends to major in Business Administration and Management.
