Powerful OT prospect that is at his best as a Gap run blocker, where he can use his very good lower body strength and leg drive to generate movement off the LOS. Plays with solid hand placement with a solid feel for reworking them over the rep to stay in the leverage battle. Positions his blocks well to keep himself between the defender and the ball carrier. Plays with an impressive level of competitive toughness as a block finisher, where he is always looking to put defenders into the ground.

Garcia utilizes his very good lower body strength well in pass protection, driving up through the frame of the defender and stalling their rush momentum. He displays good athletic ability and solid short area redirect against speed rushers. He shows room for growth as a pass rusher, where if he continues to improve and develop his game would jump to the next level.
