Solid initial hand placement in blocks that have continued to improve while compensating by using very good strength to overpower opponents to the ground. Once establishing hand placement, Pahanich is able to sustain it with good grip strength to either utilize solid wrenching ability or solid hand usage to overpower defenders and bring them to the ground.
