Ryder Mix

Versatile TE prospect that has a combination of athletic ability, competitive toughness,  and processing ability that allow him to play in-line, Move, and H-Back alignments successfully. Displays very good top end speed, acceleration, and fluidity with good change of direction, balance, and agility that make him effective as a runner after the catch and as a route runner in the short and intermediate areas of the field. Utilizes his speed well to stretch the field and attack deep. Very good blocker with good hand strength and upper body strength to latch on and sustain LBs and DBs as a leader blocker. Displays good angle processing and tempo control in space to engage defenders on the move. 

Mix is a well-rounded TE prospect displays the requisite combination of athletic ability, competitive toughness, and mental processing to make him an effective 3 down, alignment versatile TE at the next level.
