2021 FALL: Appeared in three games as a reserve running back… Rushed once for two yards against Dixie State (9/18).

MARIN CATHOLIC HS ’21: Competed in football and track... Helped football team to 11-2 overall record, Marin County Athletic League championship and North Coast Section title game in 2019... Rushed 2,024 rushing yards and 30 TDs that year, claiming MCAL Offensive Player of the Year accolades... Added another 14 receptions for 246 yards and 4 TDs... Previously made All-MCAL honorable mention in 2018, thanks to 166-for-1271 rushing totals... Averaged 8.8 yards per carry during sophomore and junior seasons... Member of MCAL and NCS champion 4x100 relay teams in 2019, but had junior track season canceled due to pandemic last spring...

PERSONAL: Full name is Nathan Matteo Perez, but goes by middle name... Born in Greenbrae, Calif.... Parents are Edgar & Angele Perez... Proud to be a first-generation college student... Volunteered in Tijuana, Mexico (as a sophomore) and coached youth flag football every year of high school... Also participated in Kairos Retreat, the school’s student-led, faith-based event; and served as frosh advisory leader, who welcomed first-year students to MC.
