2022 SEASON (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE): Played in four games (Ohio State, Minnesota, Akron, Western Michigan) for a total of 38 snaps to earn his first letter . . . was 14-of-19 passing (.773) for 174 yards and three touchdowns . . . was 6-of-10 passing for 82 yards, including a 25-yard TD to Montorie Foster Jr., against Ohio State . . . was 6-of-7 passing for 70 yards, including a 27-yard TD pass to Germie Bernard, in Minnesota game . . . completed his first official pass in Akron game, finishing 2-for-2 for 22 yards and his first TD pass of his Spartan career with a 16-yard pass to Tre Mosley . . . was in on one snap in season opener vs. Western Michigan, throwing pass to draw a pass interference penalty in the end zone after Payton Thorne was injured for a play.
